Tennis and Golfer’s Elbow Rarely Develop from Actually Playing Tennis and Golf!

If you’re reading this, at least one of these things must be true.

1. You are recently suffering from tennis or golfer’s elbow pain.

2. You are a long time pain sufferer and completely fed up.

3. You do activity where the elbow is vulnerable and want to prevent injury.

4. You care about someone who is going through one of the above.

5. You clicked here by mistake and your elbow is completely healthy! Probably best to stop reading now…

We will address primarily #1 and #2 though what we discuss is just as relevant for injury prevention.

So with that, no doubt you’ve been to websites that promise a magic solution involving apple cider vinegar (the cure-all!) and watched countless hours of YouTube videos on curing golfer’s elbow and tennis elbow produced by physical therapists, fitness gurus, tennis players, golfers, climbers and just regular people who have suffered and cured their elbow inflammation. Yet, you’re still in pain!

I suppose I’m just another one of those people — tennis player for over 30 years, rock climber and in general a pretty active guy but definitely not over-the-top or superhuman. Probably a lot like you since you’re reading this. My elbow pain started not because of an accident, a noticeable injury, it just started to hurt one day. Then it got worse and worse until one day, it felt that it was here to stay.

So what makes me such an expert with a solution better than everything out there? A trusted source that will save you countless hours of reading and trying and failing to heal your pain? How do you decide whether to follow my remedy or the gazillions of other methods out there. Because time is PRECIOUS and when in pain, time is EXPENSIVE.

While I don’t have an MD or PhD in elbow treatments, what I promise you is an exhaustive set of treatments that I tried that ultimately allowed me to discover the combination that very quickly healed my elbow problem. I was lucky to have the resources to try every solution imaginable (some very expensive) and perhaps some or many of those will help you. But what worked for me cost almost nothing and took just 11 minutes a day for less than 2 weeks — it truly felt like having my cake and eating it too when it worked.

The best way to describe the pain was one of pinpointed, searing pain right on the bone itself on the inside of my right elbow (my dominant arm). Then a pulling and stretching sensation from that bone along the inner part of my arm down about 4 inches toward my wrist. So simple and seemingly something that would fix itself like so many minor scrapes and bruises, but I had no idea the multi-year journey this would turn out to be.

My goal is to share what ultimately worked for me, which came after years of struggle and on the verge of giving up. I have suffered chronic back pain (also gone after 5+ years in pain, I’ll share that journey next!) to now chronic golfer’s elbow that also developed into tennis elbow and then moved onto my other arm. And I simply want to share what’s worked for me and what I’ve learned after spending hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars over almost 3 years — if you’re a newbie, yes this injury can go on for years and years (Google it!).

The punchline is that I’m pain free. The other punch line is that I’m convinced that once you reach the tipping point of the elbow pain threshold, curing is not possible — but managing it so you don’t have pain is 100% possible. I’m living proof.
